Top twelve baddies...Non-native and destructive. What's an Australian Swamp Stonecrop?

Yep, just googled it. I'd been imagining some sort of scary fish/amphibian thing.

I see that Himalayan Balsam is now above Japanese Knotweed on the list.
It doesn't surprise me.
Over the past ten years or so I have watched it spread itself along the middle Towy valley (between Carmarthen and Llandeilo) like a slow marching pink triffid. Very pretty it is, just like a giant version of its cousin the Buzy Lizzie, and sweetly scented too, but boy is it invasive. We must have picked up some of the seed on our tractor tyres whilst carting silage (it wouldn't have been at the seed stage when the silage was made) back to the farm, some fifteen miles away and unwittingly introduced it here. It now springs up anywhere and everywhere. Its only saving grace is that it is easy to pull up and composts in no time at all. Are a lot of other areas of the country over run with the stuff?

Loads of it along the Torridge here. Too much to deal with.

Yes, here - it's all along the Vrnwy valley. But it does make nice honey
