Unripe plums - any ideas ?One of the branches of our small plum tree has broken off and we are left with half a bucket of unripe plums - really upsetting as it looked like we were in for a really good crop :cry
Before I chuck them in the compost any ideas how to use up please ?

Stew 'em down with sugar and water, sub through a collander, boil up the stones again with water to get more pulp off, and once you're rid of the stones use what you've got for making chutney.
