Vegan Blackcurrant mousse anyone?

Hi there folks

Does anyone know a reliable vegan mouse recipe?

I'm used to double cream, egg whites and gelatin.

I assume you'd have to use agar-agar and soya 'cream' instead.
No recipe, I'm afraid.

Why not make blackcurrant sorbet instead ?

That would probably work. The Vegejel (sp?) stuff gives acceptable results. Might not be quite as firm as the real thing, but I reckon it would be OK.
