Can't find that combination of code and offset anywhere, what have you recently installed/updated?
I do know that firefox 3.0 is giving me probs with vista. |

Looks like it's an issue with the office plugin for AVG (avgoff2k.dll), strange because it's been working fine so far. Will update as soon as I know any better. |
