Wanted - vegetable seedsWe've just moved to a different area, and recently discovered some allotments which are literally around the corner from us. There is a waiting list for the normal plots, but we were lucky enough today to be offered 2 mini-plots.
We managed to buy a few packets of seeds today, however the vast ranges which were recently on display are no longer; not surprising as it is so late in the season. Searching further afield for seeds is not really an option as the baby is due tomorrow, so, I wondered if any of you kind Downsizers would be willing to send me a few spare seeds so that we can get going? Please PM me if you can help.
Anything that will grow at this time of year, and this far north would be greatly appreciated. In particular (as we couldn't find any in the shops), we could do with...
Chinese leaf/pak choi (whatever name it goes by)

Ok, couldn't resist having a look.
I have a few different lettuces, they say sow till July, but I'm sure you could just eat them early
Iceburg and little gem lettuce, some rocket and some red spring onion (Toga) that say sow Mar - Aug.
