Weekend forageManaged to dodge the rain and have quite a good day. I Got:
* Bilberries
* Chanterelles - Cantharellus cibarius
* Oyster mushrooms - Pleurotus ostreatus
* a button Green Cracking Russula - Russula virescens (first of the year)
* Charcoal burner - Russula cyanoxantha
* loads of Hedgehog mushrooms - Hydnum repandum
There were many more small Hedgehog mushrooms coming up too. And this morning, in the poring rain, I spotted a nice Shaggy parasol - is it Autumn?

All this rain is good for mushrooms now, but as believe a good warm and dry summer is goof for Autumn fruiting I'm a bit worried. Time will tell. As for tomorrow, Wednesday, it looks horrible!
