What to do with immature squash fruit

I have quite a few undeveloped squashes the size of tennis balls or less that won't be growing much bigger now - any (polite and legal) suggestions what I can do with them - I presume they won't keep long?

Use em like courgettes, good in curries as they're a bit firmer than courgettes.

You always get a few small ones at the end of the season, and whether or not they keep depends on the variety. Celebration F1 (my favourite squash) ripen up nicely while still titchy, just leave them in the warm and dry somewhere indoors. The butternuts tend not to keep well when tiny. I had a few fist size uchiki-kuri kicking about till Christmas last year. Mini spaghetti squashes don't keep.

All depends. What variety?
