What to use??Hi we have to get something to put on our hens as I was giving them a good looking over and have found tat they have got some little friends and I would like to know what we can use to get rid of them please ?????

There's a bewildering array of treatments out there, all with their own devotees. There also a number of little visitors that your chickens could have.
I treat my birds with a spray called 'Mite-kill' It has a quick knock down rate ( kills the crawlies quickly) and persists for sometime on the bird.
I give a spray under each armpit ( the birds ) and one at the base of the feathers around the vent.

Just be aware that some treatments advise that you do not use/sell any eggs for a time afterwards (often called the 'withdrawal time').
