Whatdyamacallit hose thingyWhat are the sort of hose reels that stay permanently connected to the tap called?
The sort that have a swivel connector so that you don't have to reel out the entire length.
I've looked at loads, but can't tell (without going in to the shop) if any (apart from 'high end' auto rewind ones) have the swivel connector thingy. Even the high end ones don't mention the connector, only that you can reel out as much or as little as you want.

hozelock do one. the hose is coiled on a reel, fixed to the wall and you connect the side feed of the hose drum to the tap with a short length of hose. the end of the hose you unravel is connected to the inside of the drum.

It's another of those not really land management questions, and I figured gardening types would be the experts on hoses
I eventually found some expanded diagrams on hozelock's site, and I get the impression that alll hose reels are connected like that, and that the connector can simply be a hoselock type connector suitably positioned and orientated. Simples!
