Where can I get parts for a Crypto S5 meat slicer?Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement blade sharpening stone (sorry, I have no idea what they would be called, I'm sure there's a propper name for one!) for a Crypto meat slicer? It's an industrial/commercial sized slicer which has two round blade sharpening "stones" housed inside the blade safety cover, one of which has broken. Is there a butchers supplies merchant or something similar that might sell parts for meat slicers?

Nisbets is the only one I know of, they do catering equipment mail order and might be worth a call, never used them myself though.

I have used them with no problems, but not do to with a meat slicer.

Thanks, I had a look at their website but they don't seem to have the round ones I'm looking for. Will call them tomorrow, perhaps it's not listed on the website.
