where to get hold of aml1 / aml2 formsEvening all,
This is probably a daft question but googling has failed me so far. Where do I get hold of AML1/AML2 forms? I've looked on the defra site but all I can find is pdf versions to download but I want to get the proper paper ones.

The local authority animal health department where you send them to will supply them, give them a ring or slip a note in the next time you send one off.
