Wine stuff?

What are these for? Smile

and this...it's got a little loose piece in that end bit, well loose in the end anyway.

Is the top one an inline filter? Bottom one looks like a heater, but with no element (or cable...)

What's an inline filter? Smile

The bottom one is almost definitely something for filtering I think. It has a hollow rigid plastic tube attached 'bout 20cm long. (Can't remember where it came from but I think it came with a load of winemaking kit aaages ago.)

Have you racked the wine yet?

seconding the filter idea here Smile

Definitely a filter. Dunno if all the parts are there though, or whether you can even still get the filter paper inserts for them.

The other one... Is it the end of a plastic tube, and does that end part go in to the filter apparatus?

Yes miss. Rolling Eyes

A filter, but how? Very Happy

Not to worry, I have thought of how useful the long sticky thing is until I remember to buy a proper siphon tube.

I thought the bottom one looked like a bottling stick? Probably miles off though.

The top is parts from a Boots Filter, see here how to assemble it:

And you can get new filters here:
