Woo-hoo! Jack's first brace of trout......cast for and caught all on his own. Gervase and I are both delighted and proud (and already planning a fishing trip 'en famille'  ) Jack is insisting that Gervase hot smokes one (in our hot smoker from Jonnyboy) and cooks the other...bless!

You need good sunglasses on in any event to see through the glare of the water and spot the fish...but no, it wasn't Wales. He was in Wiltshire.
