wowa few months back my low bid on 10 acres was upped by 100%
the similar field adjacent just went for nearly 300% over a very good cow land price

Unsustainable, falling rapidly but still way too high.

What idiot spends 25k for an acre of grazing? Oh yes daddy, with more money than sense.

If you own a nice house and could buy land next to it for a pony paddock even at an inflated price that's an investment not silly money.
p.s. If I could buy an extra acre or 2 adjoining my small paddock then I would be prepared to pay more than the going rate--because to me it would be worth it.Nothing has any intrinsic worth it's all down to supply and demand in the end and they've stopped making land.

Dream property
Now the price on the file is 85k euros
And yet the current asking price in the last two months has risen to 155k euro.
I know the property and nothing has changed with the planning in the locality nor the access.....
Anyone want to buy shares in a speculative bid

more and more houses and land on the market. Prices not falling as rapidly as I thought, but still falling. With the exchange rate the way it is, you'd probably all faint if you saw what houses are going for here.

house prices are slowly falling here, very slowly but land and particularly woodland prices are on the rise.
We have been looking for woodland for the past 3 years but the chances of us being able to buy are getting more and more remote.
