Yay for the tip...Sorry, recycling facility. Just got 10 demijohns for a fiver, including three brown glass ones.  Off to the PYO for strawberries and gooseberries this afternoon.

your lucky- I've been told I cant take anything from the waste seperation facility becuase it would be steeling. So I asked if I could pay a few quid (I was after some off-cut timber and an old gas bottle). No, payment would make the operative complicit in the theft !
