Made two kinds of ice cream:
Raspberry and almond [raspberries and almond essence, with ground almonds]
Chocolate, lime and marmalade [cocoa powder, juice of half a lime, couple of spoons seville marmalade]
Each whipped into a 300ml pot of double cream and 3oz icing sugar
mmmmmmmm
Both of these are scoopable straight from the freezer. |
