I was driving up through woodland the other day and saw a fantastic white pheasant. There are plenty of the black ones around but I'd never seen an albino before. |

We had one on our old shoot, and there was a £100 fine hanging over the head of anyone who shot it. It survived a couple of seasons, but I imagine Charlie munched it in the end. |
