I have a second hand Christmas tree for sale. Only used once and still has thousands of needles to shed. Buyer to collect.

Use the needles as part of an acidic mulch round blueberry bushes.

Sorry, didn't twig that it was a gag, we've been barking up the wrong tree trying to get to the root of the story. Had to branch out to see the wood for the trees, was it grown, or bough(t)? If anyone nicks it, call the copse, if it's serious they'll call special branch, it could take a while though, they have to come all the way from Shepherds Bush.

Give it to a zoo. Meerkats, tapirs and primates like them apparently.
