i have some left from last night does anyone have any suggestions for a new dish to make with them for today?

That is crying out for aome flaked smoked haddock and a finely chopped chille and be turned into fishcakes with a crisp salad.
Im a sucker for smoked haddock but might be better with a nice white fish.

no white fish but a choice of prawn,smoked skippers or pilchards

which one ?

prawn and smoked paprika sort of appeals

no the dogs eat wellbeloved bon bons and grass fed beef

i decided prawns might go a bit rubbery so tis skippers and paprika with a cucumber finger pepper and tiny tomato salad in a balsamic and oliveoil dressing

will report once eaten

with skippers and smoked paprika was very nice

about a pound of mash to one small tin of fish and one egg

pressed into one big cake and coated in flour

fry each side for a few mins to set it and then 25 mins in the oven while i made the salad
