Didn't mind tbh, I got to play with with fish and sharp knives all day, with minimal/no supervision

Sounds fun, some days I wish I could do that instead.

It's going to be a really impressive juggling act. If a bit niche.

I'd been at Morrisons for about 3 weeks, when the, then, personnel manager asked me if I'd be interested in doing a day's overtime each week working on the fish counter. I jumped at the chance and now I'm trying to make it a permanent switch. I want to be trained properly, to be a fishmonger, rather than someone who works on the fish counter, IYSWIM.
The ultimate would be a proper 3 year apprenticeship course, but, I suspect, I'm too old for that.

Juggling, that feels like what I do, only with a small child, a load of meat & a load of livestock.

Is it an online only course?
I need to do one, only I got bamboozled by the websites, there wasn't an option for "Gimme an accredited one in Yorkshire please"

Well done. The Level 3 live piranhas and shuriken is where it gets tricky though.
