the assorted invasive and troublesome plants will be springing for spring quite soon ,while looking at a news report re fools thinking knotweed in a garden is the day of the triffids i saw this

which seems to have a mountain of useful legal and practical advice in the text and in the metalinks

the single farm payment requiring making at least a serious attempt to eradicate schedule 9 (and a few other troublesome local) plants might be important to some of us but the advice re methods applies wherever there is a problem.

ps the info is also useful if one needs to apply leverage to land owners or managers ,for instance folk who "manage" sssi ,aonb or other designated places
