I have Firefox on a Win98SE PC and whenever I post I get logged out but if I then go to another site and back her I get logged in.

I don't have the 'always log me in' option checked and if I do it makes no difference.

It works ok on IE at work so it's not a site problem. Any idea?

I didn't have any probs with it on Windows 98, I wonder if it's a bug in the new version of Firefox?
Don't really want to find out by installing the new version.

I also run it on my Win98 laptop and it seems fine. I do appear to be on V1.0 so I've missed the new version. I'll upgrade over the weekend.

I think it's a config issue, but I'm not sure what to check.

Well I've upgraded to V1.0.1 but I still seem to get problems.

When I log in it appeas I haven't, when I post it appears I've logged out. I then go to another site, come back and I'm logged in.

Sometimes all is ok. It's driving me mad, especially as it doesn't happen on IE.

This happened to me, so I've switched back to Opera at work, Firefox works flawlessly on my home PC and at my mum's though.

I'll have a look, Safari seems pretty good though.

jema mucked about with the cookies didn't he. Which gave me problems logging on briefly, and I think caused Tahir some difficulties too. Maybe Firefox prefers the new cookie set-up?
