Yak, if I had to pick one, but all of my live stock dreams are piped ones, at the moment - I'd like merino sheep, wensleydales, bluefaced leicesters, cashmere goats, alpacas (I know they are ostriches, but I want the fibre - it's such a dream to work with) and also ducks, chickens (arucanas, wyandottes, orpingtons and welsummers) and bees. Himself would like silkies.
I have no land, am forbidden poultry and bees until we have more space to keep them from himself, and am pretty skittish around cattle. Plus I don't have time breathe as it is. Pipe dreams are not likely to become reality any time soon, barring lottery wins! |
