up to you I reckon, we like ours lightly, even barely, hung, so we rarely hang for more than a few days, but if you like it gamey then keep going

Rather depends upon which species it is, and where it was shot.

stew or freeze front ,hang legs /rump to taste ,eat or dry the fillet asap
i prefer less time with deer but more with beef
time depends on temp /airflow etc so by nose /taste is best to know how long

In a cold store (sub 4*C) @ this time of year4 days for roe and 7-10 for fallow.

Last Fallow buck was hung for 16 days and is as tender as it could be. Had some on the bbq last night and it was to die for
