|
The Charcutier - a collaboration between Hazel McLean Foods and Heolas Fawr - will be in business in December, in time for Christmas. We're beginning with several of our most popular sausages, with proper dry-cured bacon, and with a special Christmas Mulled Cider sausage. To save on the postage and packing, if people put together a larger order, ideal for presents, as nothing says 'I love you' quite so well as a pound of sausages, or perhaps to fill their freezer, or as a group order, we're offering a bonus 20% of sausages for all orders over £60 for the month of December.
In the New Year we'll be providing the opportunity for people to act as agents for us around the country on similar terms, taking perhaps a monthly order with a bonus of extra products for themselves. Full details will be available for anyone interested, including all Environmental Health requirements where appropriate.
The new web site will be launched soon, and the first twenty people to register will get a 10% discount voucher for their first order. |

Very good news indeed, Brownbear. I wish you both all the luck in the world with your new venture. |

They won't make many sausages though. |

I'll take a wild guess at 100% acceptance. |
