|
Tis my brother's girlfriends birthday in a couple of weeks, I bought some fabric to make her an apron - partly a joke as she is setting up her domestic cleaning business.
Anyway, I have about a metre left - what can I do with it? Preferably for her as the fabric is (for me) YUK - very pink houndstoothy pattern (she likes pink stuff!). It isn't very thick.
My brain is addled with trying to think.... |

How about a peg bag or cover a couple of coathangers, or double it up and make a door stop filled with sand or rice, ( have seen a cube shaped one with a handle on the top ), hot water bottle cover ( have to do a little work tho )

Quick update - in between internet viewing, I have made the apron.
I am pleased with it because my sewing (even with machine), is a bit poor.
Am on with bag, but have to keep resting!! |
