I like them, honestly, and they are really not rogues.

I do think though that a Guarantee is liable to conflict with the restraining order I'm applying for to keep them 500 meters away from my pipes

Start watching Westerns loudly while they're working. They may get the hint.

seems it is a nightmare for all

it is easy to hit a pipe now and again but a few things listed are a bit shabby

worst one i caused to be hit was as a banksman, it was a 11000v supply for a trolley bus station that was 40 yrs demolished and forgotten before i got there .cat scanner didnt show it as it was 2 m down ,so i wont blame myself , " the bang that ate my bucket "was pretty good

hope all ends well ,the valve thing seems careless and plastic pipes are expected these days so keep a close eye on standards

edited to speak human

They are finishing to a high standard, though I have just spotted what looks to be the second bit of tiling sillyness they will need to fix Monday
The proof of the pudding will be in the bill, which is going to be interesting to say the least, nothing has been paid upfront and their initial quote was somewhere between two figures and I felt was unrealistically low and I told them there would be a bonus if they bought it in at the top figure let alone the bottom one.
Since then there has been some changes to the score, for example buying in prebuilt Howdens kitchen units as we all became convinced the the old Wickes diy units had to go. To some degree whilst adding a lot of raw cost this has made their lives easier and not harder though.

Remember, a quote is a quote, not an estimate, a suggested price, or an aim, but a fixed, finalised, finished price.
