Just done my bottling, and very nice i tastes to

Never have seen the need to mature it for another year or whatever.

Though I think it will improve and with 14 bottles,even if some are going as Xmas prezzies I think we will have some maturing for quite awhile

So far I think it won't be quite the best vintage ever, but then the Sloes were awfully early, and I didn't get a lot of tehm at optimnum ripeness.

Twas only a sip, and a needed case of bucket ciculation! first the wine out of the bucket into a fermenter, then the bucket was needed to strain the Sloe Gin, now it is needed to help wash the wine bottles for bottling either some Elderberry of Kit Chardonay. It is a busy bucket
