Does vinegar go off?
Not "pure" stuff, but flavoured. I have a geriatric bottle of raspberry vinegar, as far as I know it only had raspberry juice/purée and sugar added to shop vinegar.
It hasn't killed me yet!

Why's that a silly question?

No. It won't go off. The flavour may change but it's not going to do any harm to you. Things normally go off because stuff grows in it. Not much is going to grow in vinegar. I'm using stuff that is years old. (>10)

Thanks!

Silly because the answer is normally "what the heck can GROW in VINEGAR you idiot" or "it's had fruit in it of COURSE it will go off, duh"

My vintage bottle is only aged 3 years, I think.
