Hello!

Happytechie and I are organizing a skillshare weekend the weekend of 1st August at our place, Mango Meadow, in Cheshire.

Primarily getting the old Downsizer gang together, sharing skills again, with some new friends added in! Seemed wise to post in here, too, for those were not Facebook friends with or in touch with much any more.

More details to follow, but let us know if you're interested!

Camping is basic, but there's a mains water tap and fire/earth oven for cooking.

Fancy it?

i might no longer be up to travel and play in person, i will be there in some capacity

game time ? sneaky nasty seems inappropriate

landscape small or large "treasure" hunt, intel snaps might help
how many ways is this thing useful? i could post that

whatever, task me

there are reasons i get double PIP, troubles when traveling is involved in many of em

it would be ace to come and see folk, im not capable of saying i could

that level of realistic honesty surprised me

Will definitely find a way for you to be involved, dpack! Sorry to read you're having troubles though.

Intel shots not a problem 😂

across the room can be difficult at times

getting old and/or poorly has little to recommend it, although i have a fine set of old man whiskers
and according to my GP amazingly good cardio vascular for my age,
pity about assorted other things that get me double pip for life

an online contribution to the fun is plausible, travel, even very local, is difficult, camping is off my menu, unless it is eurovision karaoke and i would be rubbish at that

i will have a think about it

Marked on the year planner, no promises... Waerloga can't come, he is one of the organisers of the annual Mayflower (motorbikes) camping rally.
It depends on finances and all sorts of things. I've had to commit to far more travelling than I'd planned this year!!!

I should still have the tipi that he has lent me though..one pole, 3 metres across...so should be able to fit more bodies in that

how many uses has merit, i gave my last( very much in use by me)one to the carmarthon scouts, it is a good downsizery sort of game with a splendid simplicity

i wonder if that would combine with a treasure hunt, might do

i found my first one while foraging food and tat, it stayed with me until donated, i was up to many uses, probably about 40

folk might discover those and or find more

they might need to forage for a "useful" thing, with clues as time is limited, and the logistics of multi use kit need to be easy, then working out how useful it can be might be fun

this is the first clue
cheating is very acceptable, if you know what it is, find it first
