Thanks very much.

I have to say this with all honesty, in all my years managing a £75m turnover business; I have never encountered internet delivered services with this type of support. I feel that whilst we are prepared to complain and ask for support, we should be equally prepared to review your service accordingly.

The support delivered by myfreeforum.org is absolutely amazing and leading edge. I am in the process of writing a review recommendation to a number of technology journal editors whom I work with on a weekly basis, along with industry magazines, as I am genuinely pleased to find an internet based service offering this level of live and instant support - which in today’s market of sharks, is a pleasantry in itself.

My fullest recommendations go to the management and service team.

Well done jema!

Just one question, are people cheeky enough to actually complain about service on a ''free'' forum???

Well done indeed.

Like your correspondent says, we're quick to complain but far slower off the mark in our positive feed back. There should be more of it and this is a fine example.

There is a community of several whingers, who are also too lazy to do a damn thing for themselves, and frankly all I do on the support forum with them, and all I encourage my mods to do, is to continually tell them what they need to do to help themselves

Given we have worked really hard to provide ways for people who are prepared to help themselves, the means of answering their own questions without asking, I have got very concerned of late, that most the current posts on the forum are me or my my mods giving the idiots a slapping

e.g. through no fault of our own, I think we are looking quite bad at the moment So it is gratifying to see that people can see through that, to the fact that we do go the extra mile to support people, when they can possibly be supported.

That's a good thing.

Give a man a fire, and he's warm for a day.
Teach a man to make fire, and he's warm every day.

Set a man on fire and he's warm for the rest of his life.

Your forums have a well deserved great reputation now Jema. I'd have absolutely no qualms reccomending them to anyone (and have done so), partly 'cos they work and partly 'cos we all know you run them efficiently. I think that the success of that is just reward for all the hard work you've put in here at Downsizer (which in many ways has served as a test bed for those sites, if I understand correctly).

Well downsizer certainly in one way or another launched me into it

tech wise both sites help each other out, e.g. I develop stuff for myff which finds its way in here, and sometimes I do things here first, as I feel happier with a glitch here than on 18,000 forums
