Local Lamb, Hoggett and Mutton for sale
Hebridean Sheep

‘The meat from Hebridean sheep is unique. It is a rich dark hue, succulent tender texture, and a gamey - utterly delicious long forgotten flavour. Slower maturing lambs permit the meat’s flavour to fully develop in a way we now rarely have the opportunity to appreciate. The purity of the meat also offers important health advantages over modern commercial breeds of sheep – with the meat being very lean’

- Free ranging, almost Organic.

Wombat, why so cheap? It's rare breed meat, you ain't going to raise much for the shop at those rates are you? Remember, selling that cheap makes things tougher for all livestock farmers.

I can vouch for this meat as I had a box of it from Dean last week - and exceptional produce it is too!

If you're in the area or can have a box collected on your behalf then I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

I watched part of the Hebridean section being judged at the Highland Show at the weekend,. Fine looking sheep; difficult to keep fenced in, I would think.

Tahir

We are very close to the Welsh border and I believe that these prices are the going rate.
