Firstly, thanks to the many of you who have expressed appreciation and enjoyment of your sausage orders. As some of you know, we are currently in between production facilities, but when we are again equipped and ready to go, we are going to try selling through agents as well as direct via the internet.
How it will work: agents will get some samples and advertising material to share around among acquaintances, neighbours, friends, colleagues etc, with details of the standard range and of the specials we will offer, eg. gluten free, very low fat, flavoured with a favourite tipple as a gift for someone etc.
The agent will take orders, and periodically (depending on demand, it could be weekly, fortnightly or monthly) a shipment will go out by 24-hour courier, the products refrigerated or frozen as per order. The agent will then distribute these to the customers, and will get a commission, payable in either cash or sausages.
