I'm putting my hand under a branch and pulling off fist-fulls of fruits!!
that's exactly the same here! I pull up the branches & the fruit are solid nose-to-tail down the underside of the branch. picking is just about grabbing handfuls . And I've still left loads on the bushes to ripen up a bit.
Themoron ... the birds don't seem to touch our goosegogs! Perhaps because they're the sour green ones? Anyway, there'd be plenty to share at the moment!!

Reminds self: must pick goosegogs today!
The strawberries are going well, as are broad beans and rhubarb. Gooseberries would make a nice change: you can only eat so much broad bean crumble.

Ours are doing well and will pick this weekend - Apart from that so far Peas have been brilliant - loads picked, de-podded and frozen.
Good year for beetroot here as well.

Mine aren't ripe yet but they are laden with fruit. Strawberries are doing well, rhubarb lessening off a bit now and quite a good crop of blackcurrants. Just wish the veg would hurry up now.
