Found my first hedgehog fungus of the season last week. This patch always comes early, usually mid-summers day, but this season it's a tad early.
Also found chicken of the woods, birch boletes, charcoal burners, yellow swamp russula, blushers and oyster mushrooms. Who needs rain!
Oh, and here is another small meal...
Left over pasta, sea purslane, chanterelles, hedgehog fungus, a few small birch boletes and charcoal burners. |
