I can't get the thing open!!!
Last years passata is looking so teasingly at me, but nothing seems to budge the hold of the seal.

Any suggestions??

If it's Le Parfait get hold of the little tag on the rubber ring with a pair of pliers and pull it to break the seal.

I use the tip of a kitchen knife. Insert just under the edge and give it a pushing wiggle. Be careful the knife doesn't slip though or it could be nasty
