So that's a no then?

The impression at a glance is "I can't get a house for £50k so living as a hippy with it all set up for you aint bad". They imply that residency is possible.
When there was no info on the individual plot sizes, and they seemed to vary a lot, well, that's not good.

And the calculated price per acre?!

Thinking again, how the heck you'd sort out holding numbers, standstills etc doesn't bear thinking about (I see no double fencing...)

I do think a "batch" of smallholdings makes some sense though, perhaps as very large scale allotments - neighbours to advise and lend tools, help each other out, the water and power supply all pre-existing etc.

They are quoting the planning act for permitted development for caravan sites. Think they're trying to get round it by saying the "sheds" are for agricultural workers. Unfortunately, I don't think this part of the act is applicable. Not far from us either.
