Hydrocarbons are "fractured" in refineries by one or more of high pressure, high temperature or expensive catalysts. If it was something that could be done in your garage using "the principle of resonance", oil companies wouldn't spend hundreds of millions of dollars on kit to do it.

Another one fallen for the propaganda. You don't think those refineries actually *do* anything do you? The actual refining process is acheived through the a two stage process involving first the addition of a quantity of lubricity optimised carbon. This is a planar form of the same chemical as diamond, but has been specially produced at massively lower temperatures and pressures. It is then liberally applied to certain checks which allows the excess dolah to be extracted. Although this sounds (and is) very complex, it doesnt actually need a lot of space. The final step is carried out by family of elderly afghan specialists who spin homoeopathic crystals anti-clockwise over the pipelines. The actual refinery buildings are due to a plot by the world engineering cartels who have been ruthlessly misleading the oil men into spending millions on these supposed fractional distillation processes. Instead these funds are what keeps engineers in bmws. |
