Basmati rice wine

Can't find a recipe for this, so I think this would be a good experiment Smile

Still quite a few days before I have a spare bucket, so plenty of time for anyone to offer me any thoughts.

Rice wines have always had a bad reputation in folk law for the diesel oil factor Rolling Eyes

Make it as for any rice wine, I'm sure it'll work. Be careful with giving it plenty of time to age, it'll be very good eventually, but don't even open a bottle till it's been in there for six months.

Mine is now on. Notably my cj berry recipe differed from yours in that it said lemons and oranges, but i used citric acid instead.
