Beefsteak FungusFound a super one today growing on an oak tree, we had some fried in butter and garlic, I have also got some sliced up in the dehydrator, and plenty left for dinner tomorrow, also found a young giant Puffball, and some field mushrooms .
Haul weight was 7lb in total.
