Chicken livers with red wine, smoked bacon and cherries.

that looks very nice,im not very keen on chook livers but i recon it would work well with bunny or perhaps even calf liver and would be ace for duck and perhaps goose.

the steep in milk thing is a good technique with most liver (unless it has all been eaten raw and still warm which many might find odd but it is rather nice. ps check for flukes,cysts etc )
