Rang the day before to confirm the appointment (which was lucky because I'd forgotten to write it down). Did a really thorough and clean and tidy job. Didn't charge for quite a lot of time spent removing the old baffle plate from the stove and fitting the new one. Highly recommended if you're in the area that they cover. |
