We have a box of these not being eaten and I'm going to turn them into a sort of marmalade with added cranberries as I've also got a bag of those in the freezer. I don't want the faff of peeling and juicing and I've made marmalade in the past by just chopping up oranges and cooking them down slowly. What are the benefits of separating everything out then cooking them altogether?

I'm thinking of trying some clementine marmalade too, 10 for a quid in Whitechapel market at the moment

That`s a ripper of a deal.

I bung them in the pressure cooker and then ferret the pips out. I reckon boiling with the pips in will help setting.

It certainly increases the cyanide content Very Happy

And cure cancer.
