Welcome Oriole, so that was you on the One Show. I don't tend to watch it that often but saw the piece about snails and was very interested in your recipes.
I'll have another go at them this year and try some of your recipes to see if I can find something I enjoy. I think I've under cooked them in the past so the cooking for an hour in a good stock sounds like just what I need to do. |
