Hurrah for me.

I have repaired the oven in time for Christmas. Took an impact driver to move the screws holding the defunct heating element in place.

Well done, saved from turkey sushi Smile

Haven't had turkey in years. Rib of beef this year. Doing it and everything else with only one smallish oven working was looking interesting.

Don't really like turkey myself but family does.

Boy Wonder always agitated for it without success and now he's veggie...

We enjoy Turkey at Xmas, but its the one time in the year we will buy Turkey. Basically because we don't consider it anything special.

Well done, and whatever you are having, at least it won't be a panic trying to get it cooked now.

It's a magical electric one. She let the dogs loose in the house last night rather than shutting them in the kitchen, so that they could escape if the house caught fire. I'm not concerned at all.
sean

Is she still alive?
Chez

Yes, so far. I've promised myself I'll get Arv to look at the fuse today.
