ideas pleaseTo save us buying an ex-refrigerated unit (which will cost £1000 plus about £200 to move to our place),does anyone have any ideas of how we can have an 'area' to use as a temporary food prep area for cider making that will pass the EHO.
We dont have a lot of room in the existing shed we have to just erect a parlourboard box inside of which to work.
It needs to be about 8ft wide X 12 foot long, easy to clean (parlourboard?)and hygeinic.
We did wonder if they would allow us to erect a small white gazebo type thing with walls......
