Lemon juice concentrate in jam?Can I use lemon juice concentrate (like Jif lemon in a squeezy bottle) instead of lemons to set strawberry jam? And if so what is the equivalent amount for 1 lemon? (I've got a glut of strawberries, and rather not go to the shops just to get some lemons, but have lemon concentrate in stock.)

Yes i do, the bottle should tell you the equivelemt of a lemon but normally its the same as natural lemon juice so one tspoon of jif is the same as 1 tspoon of natral juice, probsbly 5-6 teaspoons per natural whole lemon.
