Love to, but I can't afford it these days. I used to have a serious magazine habit, but it had to be left in England. Crying or Very sad

Hasn't M-J got access to the electronic version via her uni library?

Confused Oh - I dunno. How do I check HW? Would Lillian know?

Hi - I am a post-grad student. I just checked the link and there is no athens log-in for the online version. At Wolverhampton, we appear to subscribe to the print version as it is listed in OPAC under journals. Is it any good? I'll have to check it out if so.

Yep - check with Lillian. You might have a pin number with your library card? If you're lucky (or Gervase is lucky!) then you might be able to access some stuff from home by logging in with your pin. I can't say for sure - it's different for every library and can depend on the deal they have for off/on-campus users with each publisher too, but it's worth checking out. If you are able to login and read it from home, then Gervase might just happen to be passing and have a read over your shoulder... Wink Laughing

Its supposed to be famous for its Classifieds. But they are published online, it seems... http://www.lrb.co.uk/classified/index.php

I've enjoyed reading LRB - covers all sorts from politics to poetry, literature, history of science etc. Always something interesting in each issue. That and New Scientist keep my brain from total atrophy out in the sticks.

Was given a year's free sub by a friend. After that, big discount.

Poking around on their site, I came across this, which is... interesting, in a geeky sort of way. http://www.lrb.co.uk/v25/n21/jone01_.html
