Penny's Chocloate Brownies


  • 375g Plain dark Chocolate

  • 375g Butter

  • 500g Sugar

  • 6 Eggs

  • 220g Plain Flour

  • Few drops Vanilla Essence


  1. Melt the butter and chocolate together

  2. Beat the eggs then stir in the sugar

  3. Mix it all together and stir in the flour and vanilla

  4. Pour into a greased tin

  5. Bake for about 30-45 mins at 180 deg

  6. Keep checking as is should be lighter coloured and cracked on top, but still a bit gooey inside. It will keep cooking for a while after you take it out of the oven.

  7. Enjoy!!
