Rick Stein's Chinese stew with tangerine peel?

I noticed that Rick Stein's food heroes has started to be shown on saturday kitchen and I think they are new episodes! Did anyone see it a couple of weeks ago when he made a chinese stew with wild boar from Peter Gott's farm, and has the recipe? It was mouth-watering.
Cheers

No, sorry. But thinking of seasonal, I've got a very nice Gary Rhodes recipe for beef which involves Seville oranges. I'll dig it out and post it sometime in the next couple of days.
Bugs

Did you try the BBC's website? Just in case you haven't - it has a very good, extensive recipe section, whose main downfall is the search. But you can list recipes by chef or by programme so there's a good chance Rick Stein's are on there - the only one I know doesn't tend to appear is Gary Rhodes cos I've read he doesn't like his recipes published outside his books where avoidable.

If you fancy the whole Food Heroes book it tends to turn up in discount bookshops like Sussex Stationers in SE.
Pilsbury

Made some the next day but couldnt remember the exact recipe so had a crack at something like it
Recipe
Wild boar steaks diced
soy sauce
five spice powder ( he used cinnamon stick, cloves and star ainse as i remember)
Vinegar
sugar
onions
Ginger
Dried tangerine peel

I marinaded the boar in the soy sauce and five spice for 2 hours then removed it from the marinade and sealed it in a hot pan and set aside.
sweated the onions and grated ginger in the pan and added the vinegar and suger and cooked out for a couple of mins.
added the boar and the rest of the soy sauce marinade and the peel and let simmer for about 30 mins.
served with plain steamed rice and it was loverly if not quite to his recipe
